Project Engineer

Our project engineers act as critical connectors between design, site teams, and project management. They bring technical know-how, coordination, and hands-on problem solving to ensure construction progresses smoothly, safely, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination
Manage day-to-day site operations: allocate tasks, coordinate with design and site teams, and make sure all deliverables—materials, drawings, resources—are in place when needed.

  • Liaison & Interface Management
Act as the central point of contact between designers, site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring that technical instructions, clarifications, and revisions are communicated clearly and promptly.

  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Track work against the project programme. Produce regular progress reports, update critical path activities, flag delays or issues, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Technical Submittals & RFIs
Prepare and review technical submittals, manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and Technical Queries (TQs). Interpret drawings and specifications, resolve discrepancies, and issue clear instructions back to site teams.

  • Subcontractor Coordination & Oversight
Coordinate and supervise subcontractor scope, ensuring that their deliverables meet project standards and schedule targets. Validate that their work aligns with design intent and quality criteria.
