Project Manager

At T&S Surveying, our project managers serve as the vital link between vision and delivery. They oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring that quality, cost, schedule, and client expectations are met with precision and efficiency. Drawing on industry best practices and deep technical knowledge, they lead projects from inception to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Coordination
Define project scope, milestones, resources, and schedules. Oversee the development of Gantt charts, work breakdown structures, and project plans in collaboration with engineers, clients, and contractors.

  • Budget & Cost Control
Monitor expenses and cash flow, manage contingencies, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project within budget.

  • Risk Management & Change Control
Proactively identify risks, maintain a risk register, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage change requests through formal procedures to control scope creep and unexpected issues.
